Jamie, Jane and Juliet are turtle siblings who just came back from school. They live in a community filled with all kinds of fish like sea horses, clown fish, blue tangs, friendly octopuses, turtles and crabs. The summer holidays had just begun so they were in a holiday mood. Jamie, Jane and Juliet were having lunch when they overheard their mother discussing about a treasure. So, Jamie and her sisters decided to find the treasure. They decided to ask a wise old octopus who knew everything about the ocean. The octopus said that the treasure was stolen by the giant squids and was hidden in a cave. A giant squid always guards it and never allows anyone near it. Jamie thanked the octopus for the information and the treasure map.

The next day Jamie, Jane and Juliet told their mother that they are going for treasure hunting. Their mom was a little worried but still she agreed to let them go. So off the three turtles went to find the hidden treasure. Juliet the youngest had the map that led them to the treasure. They followed it but it also had a few obstacles which they had to overcome. There was a trail which looked just like the one in the map but it was broader than what the map showed. Jamie felt something suspicious but Jane and Juliet begged Jamie to go on the trail since they were hungry and had seen many shrimps. So Jamie agreed to go on the trail. As they followed that trail, they realized that they were trapped in a net. These traps had been set by the squids to make sure no one approached the cave. Jamie and her siblings were trapped and the only way they could escape was to use their beaks to free themselves from the net. After struggling for few hours, they managed to free themselves and this time they went on the correct trail.

Then they finally reached the cave filled with treasure. They looked around but the giant squid was not anywhere to be found. So, Jamie and her sisters were thrilled and went inside the cave and found the gold, diamonds and precious stones. Jamie and her siblings packed their bags and rushed home before the giant squid returned. Their Mother was very happy and took them to the head of the community, who was a very old wise turtle. He was immensely impressed by what the turtles had found. The wise old turtle gifted Jamie, Jane and Juliet a gold pendant from the treasure they collected and the turtle family were very happy. The Bible is like a treasure map to Eternal life. If we follow all that is written in the Word of God, we will be able to lead a life pleasing to God. Sometimes we are like the turtles not following the treasure map and get stuck by doing things our own way or get carried away with things in life that are not important. But we need to remember that only God’s word will guide us and help us to navigate life.
